Agent J and K's time in the spotlight appears to be over following the release of 2012's Men in Black 3, but the Men in Black film series isn't over yet. Last year, it was announced that Sony Pictures is moving forward with a new Men in Black movie, only rather than rebooting this alien-filled franchise, it will take place in the same universe that the original trilogy did, just like how Jurassic World followed in the footsteps of the Jurassic Park trilogy. And speaking of those dinosaur-filled blockbusters, the Men in Black spinoff has brought aboard Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom actor Rafe Spall.

Having just caused trouble as Eli Mills in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Rafe Spall has been added to the cast of the still-untitled Men in Black spinoff. No character details were provided, but since he served as Fallen Kingdom's primary antagonist, I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up playing a baddie in the upcoming Men in Black movie. Which, in these films, usually ends up being an alien, although it might make for an interesting change of pace if a human was made to be the main antagonist this time around. Spall's other notable credits include Hot Fuzz, Life of Pi, The Big Short and The BFG.

But Rafe Spall isn't the only casting addition to the Men in Black spinoff that THR reported on. The publication also revealed that professional dancers Laurent Nicolas and Larry Nicolas Bourgeois, known together as Les Twins, have been added. Les Twins have shown off their moves on TV shows like Ellen, Dancing with the Stars and So You Can Think Dance. No details about their characters were provided either, but taking into account their dancing talents and the fact that they're twin brothers, I wouldn't bat an eye to learn that Les Twins are playing especially unusual aliens in the Men in Black spinoff.

Rafe Spall and Les Twins join a cast that already include Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson as the new Men in Black movie's leads (it will be their second pairing, the first being Thor: Ragnarok), as well as Liam Neeson and Kumail Nanjiani. Sony is staying tight-lipped on story details for the spinoff, but reportedly it will be more of an ensemble piece compared to the earlier movies and also be more global in scope.

Directed by The Fate of the Furious' F Gary Gray and written by Iron Man duo Art Marcum and Matt Holloway, the Men in Black spinoff will be released in theaters on June 14, 2019, so stay tuned to CinemaBlend for more updates on its development. In the meantime, feel free to look through our 2018 release schedule to find out what movies are arriving later this year.
