Godzilla: King of the Monsters Debuts First Banner
Legendary and Warner Bros.’ upcoming giant monster movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters is set to make a big splash at this year’s Comic-Con International in San Diego. Following the release of a first trailer tease featuring Millie Bobby Brown’s character trying to reach Monarch, we now have an official banner of the upcoming film.
Legendary discreetly debuted the banner on its official Twitter account earlier today. It features Brown’s character standing in front of smoke and fire, with the partial outline of Godzilla seen in the background as a silhouette.

With the tagline “Their Reign Begins,” as well as the plural use of “monsters” in the title, the film promises to feature all manner of kaijus duking it out on the big screen. The film is already to set to broaden the scope of Legendary’s MonsterVerse, which already includes the likes of Godzilla and King Kong.
A new trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters is expected to debut this weekend at SDCC, during Warner Bros.’ highly-anticipated panel. The presentation kicks off this Saturday, at 10:30 am PST.
