Chris Hemsworth Reunites With Russo Brothers For Action Thriller
Longtime Marvel collaborators Joe and Anthony Russo will team up again with Chris Hemsworth for Netflix’s Dhaka, directed by Avengers: Infinity War fight coordinator Sam Hargrave.
The Russo’s production company, AGBO, will produce the project, the details of which are a bit murky right now. What plot details are available reveal that the film centers on a mercenary played by Hemsworth who is hired to save a businessman’s son. According to Deadline, the film will be set in the titular city of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Hargrave featured as Chris Evans’ stunt double in The Avengers and the Russo brothers’ Captain America: The Winter Soldier. He moved up into stunt coordination starting with Captain America: Civil War and has continued with the Marvel Cinematic Universe ever since.
It’s a similar situation to Keanu Reeves’ John Wick, which was directed by Reeves’ Matrix stunt double Chad Stahelski and stunt coordinator David Leitch. If the action in Dhaka is anything remotely like Stahelski and Leitch’s modern action masterpiece, it’s sure to be a treat for the eyes.

Hemsworth can next be seen in Bad Times at the El Royale, releasing this October. The untitled fourth Avengers film, which will still feature stunt coordination from Hargrave, will release in May 2019. There is no release date for Dhaka, but it is set to shoot from November until March in India and Indonesia.
